As a brand focusing on handcrafted items, we put immense care into creating each product once an order is received and processed. Our dedicated craftsmen utilize time-consuming techniques in the production process. Therefore, we have a no-return policy in place to honor their hard work.

WHAT TO DO IF THERE IS A SIZE ISSUE?


Should there be a size-related concern, the item can be send back to us for correction. Another option is to exchange it for a product of equivalent or greater value.
In case of style exchanges, the exchange must be selected from the products currently available on the website. As we work on limited edition prints and styles, selections from older or sold out collections will not be accepted.All exchanges are final.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We can arrange an exchange for you. A shipping fee of ₹150 will be applicable.”

Product must be unused, unworn, and with all original tags.
Custom-made outfits are not eligible for exchange.

We will only accept an exchange query if you write to us within 5 days of receiving your order. Also note, the following important information regarding exchange :

  1. If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
  2. Please note that not all products are eligible for exchange. All made to order products are non returnable and non exchangeable. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
  3. All products bought on sale are not acceptable for exchange.
  4. All international exchanges - shipping costs and custom costs for return shipment as well as cost of the pieces that will be re-shipped to you -  will have to be borne by you unless the products are damaged.

Refunds

As a company policy, we do not refund the amount on products sold.
However, if your outfit is a wrong size or damaged, there is a provision for exchange or replacement or credit note
